Katherine Curtis is the Film/TV Manager at New Leaf Literary & Media, where she represents the book-to-film rights for in-house clients alongside their respective teams. Her goal is to connect authors with creative partners (like producers, filmmakers, writers, and buyers) to create something that they can be proud of. Katherine is transparent throughout the process, from submission strategy to deal negotiations to the red carpet, and she serves as a resource every step of the way.
Before New Leaf, Katherine worked on several Sundance films (like Thoroughbreds, Hearts Beat Loud, and Brittany Runs A Marathon) and later at The Gersh Agency. She joined New Leaf in February 2020 and now oversees the book-to-film team. She lives in Boston with her fiancé, Andrew, and their miniature golden retriever, Sebago. She is big on skiing and Boston sports, and is always up for her next adventure, whether it’s in a book or in real life!
