Subsidiary Rights Director
As Subsidiary Rights Director at New Leaf, Tracy manages the sale of translation rights to publishers around the world, and represents New Leaf clients at international trade shows.
Tracy has a long career in subsidiary rights and international sales having previously worked at Hachette Book Group, Random House and Houghton Mifflin. International publishing is her passion and she nerdily loves digging into contracts and negotiating complicated deals. Tracy is a relationship builder and deeply values the connection created between authors, publishers, co-agents and the book scouting community.
When she isn’t reading manuscripts on the Staten Island Ferry during her commute, Tracy can be found in the kitchen trying out new recipes on her very patient husband and son.
