Kristy Everington was born in Perth, Australia, where her favorite thing to do was read by the pool. Later she moved to London where she could watch the tennis at Wimbledon from her flat (if she leaned a little too far out the window). Now she lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and quite a lot of cats, and enjoys exploring the California coastline and visiting as many lighthouses as she can. Kristy recently graduated from Vermont College of Fine Arts with her MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults. She measures writing productivity by the number of cups of tea she drinks.
