Meryl Cohn is a writer, playwright, advice columnist, and story teller. Her award-winning plays have been produced at theatres around the country. Her articles and columns have appeared in the Washington Post, The Village Voice, The Boston Phoenix, and numerous other publications. She studied psychology at Smith College and Dramatic Writing at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. She is trained as a mediator but realized she doesn’t like conflict. Meryl is the author of the best-selling humor book Do What I Say: Ms. Behavior’s Guide to Gay and Lesbian Etiquette and for many years wrote an irreverent syndicated humorous advice column about love, sex, and relationships. She lives with her wife, novelist MB Caschetta, in Massachusetts.
