Luyi Bennett loves making comics and illustrations. After an unsuccessful attempt at working for a financial firm, she went back to the drawing board and has been drawing ever since. She is the lead artist and co-creator of the upcoming graphic novel The Last Human (In A Crowded Galaxy), as well as co-creator of the comics series Catians: Resurrection, and a contributor to the double Eisner Award-winning anthology YOU DIED: An Anthology of the Afterlife.
She lives all over the northeastern US with an extremely understanding husband and a dog that thinks it’s a cat. When not creating, she can be found sipping coffee and napping, often in that order.
